Cancellation Policy

With respect to our service and to other customers on a waiting list, we kindly request that you ring 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel. If you do not inform us of your cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the total cost of the massage you have booked.
